God, King Who sits upon the throne of mercy, and acts with lovingkindness, Who pardons the iniquities of His people, removing them one by one, Who abounds in forgiveness for sinners and pardon for transgressors, Who does righteousness with all flesh and spirit—do not requite them according to their evil. God, You taught us to recite the Thirteen Attributes; remember for us today the covenant of the Thirteen Attributes, as You made known of old to the humble one, as it is written: And the Lord descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the Name of the Lord:
The following, until וּנְחַלְתָּנוּ, is recited only when praying with a minyan.
Hebrew

Incline Your ear, my God, and hear; open Your eyes and see our desolations, and the city upon which Your Name is called. For it is not on account of our righteous deeds that we cast our supplications before You, but on account of Your abundant mercies. Lord, hear; Lord, forgive; Lord, listen and act—do not delay—for Your own sake, my God, for Your Name is called upon Your city and upon Your people:

God, in Israel You have become known as great; You, Lord, are our Father—You are. Whenever we call to You, draw us near; high and exalted, You are in our midst. You have bestowed good upon us though we are indebted, not through our righteousness or the uprightness of our heart. Our Beloved—even though we have abandoned You—redeem us, for we are Your servants. Behold, we are crushed by our iniquities to the dust, and the soul that waits for You grows short. And where are Your first kindnesses with us, faithful from eternity to eternity? Wrath has borne down and our strength has failed; Lord, do not rebuke us in Your anger. Many terrors have worn away our flesh; please do not chastise us in Your anger. The burden of troubles cannot be told—where is one who weighs, and where is one who counts? We know our wickedness

for we have transgressed—for You have done truth, and we have acted wickedly. May anger and wrath cease from us, for Jacob is small and poor. May the pressure of chastisement and the yoke be broken from us, for the strength to endure has failed. Do not raise high the measure of our portion, for we remain few from many. Comfort concerning the evil done to Your nation; incline toward kindness Your faithful mercies. Forgive, if our iniquities have answered against us; help us, for we have relied upon You. Bend our necks to be subservient to You, to serve and honor You with love and awe. Those who seek You have sanctified fasts to establish; their knowledge falls short of claiming their need. May the whispered outcry come before You; bandage for each person his affliction and his pain. The voice of Jacob groans from Your depths; may heaven, the abode of Your dwelling, hear. Destroy the raging pursuer in anger; reveal a year of peace for the quarrel of Zion. From youth she has ruled and dominated our acquisition—do not cast us off in the time of our old age. When we stray to the left, draw us near with Your right; when our strength fails, do not abandon us. Look and peer and watch over those You love; gird Yourself with Your favors, clothe Yourself in Your righteousnesses, cover Yourself with Your mercies and wrap Yourself
