KIDDUSH BY DAY FOR THE FESTIVALS AND ROSH HASHANAH
If a festival or Rosh Hashanah falls on Shabbat, recite the Kiddush of Shabbat day from מִזְמוֹר through זָכוֹר ... וַיְקַדְּשֵׁהוּ (pages 433-434) softly, prior to saying אֵלֶּה מוֹעֲדֵי below.
If a festival falls on a weekday, recite what follows prior to Kiddush:

On Sukkot, when reciting Kiddush within the sukkah, include the blessing below. Look toward the s'chach (the sukkah covering) while uttering the words לֵישֵׁב בַּסֻּכָּה.

HOSHANOT
On every day of Sukkot, including Hoshana Rabbah, Hoshanot are recited right after Hallel, prior to Kaddish.
For Hoshanot, the Ark is opened.
A Torah scroll is carried to the bimah and held by a person without a lulav and etrog. If everyone present has a lulav and etrog, the Torah is set on the bimah.
Those holding a lulav and etrog should keep them throughout Hoshanot in both hands, near the heart.
As each section of Hoshanot is recited, as shown below, all who hold a lulav and etrog (except mourners) proceed around the bimah counterclockwise, the chazzan leading.
Anyone lacking his own lulav and etrog should strive to acquire a communal set or borrow one from a friend.
On Shabbat, Hoshanot go unsaid; on Sunday, the Shabbat section is recited (prior to the Sunday section). During the Shabbat section the bimah is not circled.
On Hoshana Rabbah, every Torah scroll is brought to the bimah and held by those lacking a lulav and etrog (or set upon the bimah). Seven Hoshanot paragraphs are recited, and seven circuits of the bimah are made, as shown below.
