Once the Kohanim utter שָׁלוֹם, the congregation answers אָמֵן. The congregation then recites the following:

The Kohanim recite what follows, as the chazzan proceeds in his repetition at שִׂים שָׁלוֹם, page 561. Let the Kohanim take care to finish in unison with the chazzan, enabling the congregation to respond אָמֵן to their blessing too.
