God says: Until now, people spoke negatively about the Jewish Nation. Now, I will <b>create</b> new, positive <b>speech</b> coming from people's <b>lips</b> when describing them. People will no longer wish them harm; rather, they will wish them <b>peace.</b> Then people will wish <b>peace both to</b> someone who was always <b>close to God and</b> someone who was far and became <b>close</b> though repentance—and I will <b>heal and cleanse him</b> from his sins, says the Lord. SANCTIFICATION OF THE MOON
The Sanctification of the Moon is said once a month, after the appearance of the new moon. It should be said in the first half of the lunar month, ideally after the seventh day following the new moon. It is said under the open night sky, while facing east.
It is preferable to say the Sanctification of the Moon on a Saturday night, following Maariv, and in the presence of a minyan.
The moon must be visible (unobscured by clouds) when the blessing of the Sanctification of the Moon (below) is said.
All creations in the heavens should praise God

<b>Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise Him</b> in the spiritual <b>heights. All of His angels should praise Him. All of His creations</b> throughout the universe <b>should praise Him. The sun and moon should praise Him. All</b> the <b>shining stars should praise Him. The upper heavens and the waters</b>—the clouds—<b>that are above the</b> lower <b>heavens, should praise Him.</b> All of these creations <b>should praise the name of the Lord,</b> because <b>He commanded</b> that they exist, and they <b>were created</b> with this command. <b>He has set</b> the creations in the sky to last <b>forever,</b> for all time; <b>He gave them</b> each <b>a decree,</b> a specific purpose, <b>which will not be transgressed.</b>
Stand with your feet together and gaze briefly at the moon before saying the following blessing. Once you begin the blessing, do not look at the moon.
