Blessed are You, Lord, our God, King of the universe. You are the God of the universe, our Father, our King, our Strength, our Creator, our Redeemer, our Maker, our Holy One—the Holy One of Jacob and his descendants, the Jewish Nation. You are our Shepherd, the shepherd Who guides His flock, the Children of Israel. You are the King Who is good and does good things for all, each and every day. We thank God because He has done good for us, He does good for us, and He will continue to do good for us. He has given us in the past, He gives to us presently, and He will continue to give us, in the future and forever, the following things: grace, kindness, mercy, relief, rescue from our troubles, success, blessings, salvation, comfort, livelihood, support, mercy, life, peace, and all good things. May God never let us lack any of the good things in the world.
