וְהוּא רַחוּם, יְכַפֵּר עָוֹן וְלֹא־יַשְׁחִית, וְהִרְבָּה לְהָשִׁיב אַפּוֹ וְלֹא־יָעִיר
כָּל־חֲמָתוֹ׃ אַתָּה יְהוָה לֹא־תִכְלָא רַחֲמֶיךָ מִמֶּנּוּ, חַסְדְּךָ וַאֲמִתְּךָ
תָּמִיד יִצְּרוּנוּ. הוֹשִׁיעֵנוּ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְקַבְּצֵנוּ מִן־הַגּוֹיִם, לְהוֹדוֹת
לְשֵׁם קָדְשֶׁךָ, לְהִשְׁתַּבֵּחַ בִּתְהִלָּתֶךָ׃ אִם־עֲוֹנוֹת תִּשְׁמָר־יָהּ, אֲדֹנָי מִי
יַעֲמֹד׃ כִּי־עִמְּךָ הַסְּלִיחָה לְמַעַן תִּוָּרֵא׃ לֹא כַחֲטָאֵינוּ תַעֲשֶׂה לָּנוּ, וְלֹא
כַעֲוֹנוֹתֵינוּ תִּגְמֹל עָלֵינוּ. אִם־עֲוֹנֵינוּ עָנוּ בָנוּ, יְהוָה עֲשֵׂה לְמַעַן שְׁמֶךָ׃
זְכֹר־רַחֲמֶיךָ יְהוָה וַחֲסָדֶיךָ, כִּי מֵעוֹלָם הֵמָּה׃ יַעֲנֵנוּ יְהוָה בְּיוֹם צָרָה,
יְשַׂגְּבֵנוּ שֵׁם אֱלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב. יְהוָה הוֹשִׁיעָה, הַמֶּלֶךְ יַעֲנֵנוּ בְיוֹם־קָרְאֵנוּ׃
אָבִינוּ מַלְכֵּנוּ, חָנֵּנוּ וַעֲנֵנוּ, כִּי אֵין בָּנוּ מַעֲשִׂים, עֲשֵׂה עִמָּנוּ צְדָקָה כְּרֹב
רַחֲמֶיךָ, וְהוֹשִׁיעֵנוּ לְמַעַן שְׁמֶךָ. אֲדֹנֵינוּ אֱלֹהֵינוּ, שְׁמַע קוֹל תַּחֲנוּנֵינוּ,
וּזְכֹר לָנוּ אֶת בְּרִית אֲבוֹתֵינוּ וְהוֹשִׁיעֵנוּ לְמַעַן שְׁמֶךָ.

Vehu rachum, yechaper avon velo-yashchit, vehirbah lehashiv apo velo-ya'ir
kol-chamato: Atah Adonai lo-tichla rachamecha mimenu, chasdecha va'amitecha
tamid yitzrunu. Hoshi'enu Adonai Eloheinu vekabtzeinu min-hagoyim, lehodot
leshem kodshecha, lehishtabe'ach bitehilatecha: Im-avonot tishmor-Yah, Adonai mi
ya'amod: Ki-imcha haselichah lema'an tivare: Lo kachata'einu ta'ase lanu, velo
ka'avonoteinu tigmol aleinu. Im-avoneinu anu vanu, Adonai ase lema'an shemecha:
Zechor-rachamecha Adonai vachasadecha, ki me'olam hemah: Ya'aneinu Adonai beyom tzarah,
yesagveinu sheim Elohei Yaakov. Adonai hoshi'ah, hamelech ya'aneinu beyom-kor'einu:
Avinu Malkeinu, chaneinu va'aneinu, ki ein banu ma'asim, ase imanu tzedakah kerov
rachamecha, vehoshieinu lema'an shemecha. Adonenu Eloheinu, shema kol tachanuneinu,
uzechor lanu et berit avoteinu vehoshieinu lema'an shemecha.

English
He is compassionate. He forgives iniquity and does not destroy. Repeatedly He suppresses His anger, not rousing His full wrath. LORD, do not withhold Your compassion from us. May Your loving-kindness and truth always protect us. Save us, LORD our God, and gather us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name and glory in praise of You. If You, LORD, should keep account of sins, O LORD, who could stand? But with You is forgiveness, that You may be revered. Do not deal with us according to our sins; do not repay us according to our iniquities. Though our iniquities testify against us, LORD, act for Your name's sake. Remember, LORD, Your compassion and loving-kindness, for they are everlasting. May the LORD answer us when we are in distress; may the name of Jacob's God protect us. LORD, save! May the King answer us on the day we call. Our Father, our King, be gracious to us and answer us, though we have no worthy deeds; act charitably with us as befits Your great compassion, and save us for Your name's sake. LORD our God, hear the sound of our pleas. Remember for us the covenant of our ancestors, and save us for Your name's sake.
