Blessed are You, LORD our God, King of the Universe, who has made the great sea.
On seeing trees blossoming for the first time in the year:

וּבָרָא בּוֹ בְּרִיּוֹת טוֹבוֹת וְאִילָנוֹת טוֹבִים לֵהָנוֹת בָּהֶם בְּנֵי אָדָם.
Sephardi
Baruch atah Adonai Eloheinu melech ha'olam, shelo chisar be'olamo kelum
uvara bo beriyot tovot ve'ilanot tovim lehanot bahem benei Adam.
English
Blessed are You, LORD our God, King of the Universe, who has withheld nothing from His world, but has created in it beautiful creatures and trees for human beings to enjoy.
On seeing beautiful scenes of nature:

On seeing unusual people or animals:
Hebrew
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, מְשַׁנֶּה הַבְּרִיּוֹת.

On seeing 600,000 Jews together in Israel:

she'asah nisim la'avoteinu bamakom hazeh.

Blessed are You, LORD our God, King of the Universe, who performed miracles for our ancestors in this place.
On seeing the place where miracles occurred to oneself or one’s family (insert the relevant words):

she'asah li (le'avi, le'imi, la'avotai) nes bamakom hazeh.
