If Birkat HaMazon was made on a cup of wine, then the blessing over wine is made and the majority of the cup is drunk, after which Al HaMihya, page 1048, is said.
At a wedding or Sheva Berakhot, the seven blessings on page 1094 are said, beginning with the second blessing, "Who has created all," and ending with the first blessing, that over the wine.
