Lord, our God, bring upon us the blessings of Your festivals—blessings for good life and for peace, for joy and for happiness. Bless us as You desired and promised to bless us. (Our God and the God of our fathers, please willingly accept our resting from work on Shabbat.) Make us holy through Your commandments and give us our portion in Your Torah, so that we will be able to learn it properly. Satisfy us with Your goodness and make our souls happy with Your salvation. Make our hearts pure in order for us to serve You honestly and truthfully. Lord, our God, give us Your holy (Shabbat and) festivals as an everlasting inheritance—(lovingly, willingly,) happily and joyfully. Lord, our God, may You continue to want the Children of Israel as Your nation and pay attention to their prayer. Return the service (offerings) to the Holy Temple, Your home. We acknowledge and are thankful to You, that You, Lord, are our God and the God of our fathers, forever and ever. We acknowledge and are thankful to You, that You, Lord, are our God and the God of our fathers. You are the God Who rules over all flesh, our Creator, and the Creator of everything that exists. We give blessings and thanks to Your great and holy name, because You have given us life and kept us alive. May You continue to give us life and keep us alive. Gather us from our exile and bring us to the courtyards of Your Holy Temple, so that we will return to serving You—to keep Your laws, to do Your will, and to serve You with a complete heart.
