The Lord, the God of all creations, is holy in the spiritual worlds, holy in the physical world, and holy at all times, forever and ever. The entire earth is filled with His glory. God’s glory fills the universe. The angels who serve Him ask each other: Where is the highest place of His glory, so that we can go there and praise Him?1 Facing the Serafim angels, the other angels also praise God and say:

Every Jew should listen and understand that the Lord is our God, and that the Lord is the one and only ruler and King in the seven heavens, the earth, and the four corners of the universe. He is our God; He is our Father; He is our King; He is our Savior; He will save us and redeem us again soon, as He did in Egypt. In His mercy, He will announce for us to hear, before the eyes of every living thing, and say: Indeed, I have redeemed you from this final exile, just as I redeemed you from the first exile in Egypt. I have redeemed you in order to be a God for You.
