God, Who dwells securely and exists forever, is exalted above everything and His name is holy. It is written in Psalms: The righteous should sing praises to the Lord. It is fitting for those who go in the straight, righteous ways of God to praise Him. God, You will be exalted from the mouths of those who go in Your straight and righteous ways. You will be blessed by the lips of righteous people. You will be made holy by the tongues of righteous people, and You will be praised among holy people.

In the gatherings of the multitudes of Your nation, the House of Israel, Your name—the name of our King—will be made beautiful with songs in every generation. For that is the obligation of all creations—to offer praises before You, Lord, our God and the God of our fathers: they must thank You, laud You, praise You, declare You beautiful, exalt You, worship You, bless You, declare You great, and sing praises to You, in addition to all the words of songs and praises that were written by David, the son of Jesse, Your anointed servant.

And therefore, Our King, may Your name be praised forever.1 The strong God, the great and holy King, Who is in the heaven and on earth. For to You, Lord, our God and the God of our fathers, it is fitting forever to offer songs and praise, praise and melody; to speak about Your might and rulership, Your power of victory, Your greatness and strength, Your beauty and glory, and Your holiness and rulership as king. It is also appropriate that we give blessings and thanks to Your great and holy name.2 From this world to the World to Come, You are the only God. Blessed are You, Lord, the mighty God and great King Who is acclaimed with praises,3 the God Who is worthy of thanks, the Master of wonders, the Creator of all the souls, the Ruler of all the creations, Who chooses the Jewish Nation's songs of praise. The following is a song that was sung by the Levites on the steps in the Holy Temple: From the depths of my difficulties I call out to You, Lord. Lord, listen to my voice; let Your ears listen carefully to the voice of my requests. God, if You keep in mind all of our sins and punish us for them, who will be able to survive, Lord? But the power of forgiveness is with You, God; this encourages us to fear You and repent, for we know that You forgive. I have hope in the Lord; my soul hopes in God. I wait for His words—the promise to redeem us—to be fulfilled. My soul waits for the Lord to redeem us more so than the people who stand guard at night wait for the morning. Children of Israel, put your hope in the Lord, because with the Lord there is kindness. He has much power of redemption. He will redeem and forgive the Children of Israel for all their sins.
