אֵין חֵקֶר, וְנִפְלָאוֹת עַד אֵין

גְּבוּרָתוֹ, שִׁבְּחוּ וְהוֹדוּ לִשְׁמוֹ.
וּמַלְכוּתוֹ בְרָצוֹן קִבְּלוּ עֲלֵיהֶם,
מֹשֶׁה וּבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לְךָ עָנוּ שִׁירָה
בְּשִׂמְחָה רַבָּה, וְאָמְרוּ כֻלָּם:

wonders, until there are so many of them that they cannot be counted. He kept us alive when our enemies tried to kill us, and He did not let our feet slip when our enemies attacked us. He led us to the high places that our enemies once ruled, and He increased our strength over all our enemies. He is the God Who took retribution from Pharaoh for what he did to us in Egypt; He did wonders and miracles for us in the land of the Egyptians, who were the descendants of Noah’s son Ham. God angrily struck and killed all the firstborn Egyptians, He took out His people, the Children of Israel, from among them, and brought them to an everlasting freedom. God led His children through the twelve divided parts of the Sea of Reeds, and those who were chasing them, and their enemies, God drowned in the deep sea. When God’s children, the Jewish Nation, saw His strength, they praised and gave thanks to His name, and they willingly accepted Him as king over them. Moses and the Children of Israel with great joy raised their voices in song to You,1 and they all said:

There is no one like God, our redeemer

Who from among all the great and powerful creations is like You, Lord? Who is like You? You are adorned with holiness. The wonders that You do are so awesome that they cannot be sufficiently praised. Your children, the Jewish Nation, saw Your rulership when You split the Sea of Reeds in front of Moses and the entire nation. They announced proudly, “This is my God!” and said “the Lord will rule as king forever and ever.” It says in Jeremiah: The Lord has redeemed the Jewish Nation, the Children of Israel, and He has saved them from their enemies, whose hand is stronger than theirs. Blessed are You, Lord, Who redeemed the Children of Israel from Egypt and all their hardships.

God, our Father, let us lie down at night in peace. Our King, let us stand up in the morning to have a good life and have peace. Make us better people by sharing Your good advice with us. Save us quickly for the sake of Your name, so that it will be honored amongst the nations, and spread the covering of Your peace over us. Blessed are You, Lord, Who spreads a covering2 of peace over us, over all His nation, the Children of Israel, and over Jerusalem.

The Children of Israel should keep the Shabbat, to establish the Shabbat for all of their generations as an everlasting covenant. It is an everlasting sign between Me and the Children of Israel that the Lord made the heaven and the earth in six days, and on the seventh day He stopped working and rested.

May God’s great name be exalted and holy (Amen) — throughout the universe, which He created as He wanted. May He establish His kingdom over the entire universe, bring His redemption, and speed up the coming of His Mashiach, (Amen) — in your lifetime and in your days, and in the lifetime of the entire House of Israel, speedily and soon. And everyone say Amen. (Amen. May God’s great name be blessed forever and ever—it will be blessed.) May God’s great name be blessed forever and ever. The name of the Holy One, Who is blessed, will be blessed, celebrated, glorified, exalted, raised, honored, uplifted, and praised (Amen) — more than all the blessings, songs, praises, and comforting words that are said in the world.
