God, Master of the universe: I forgive anyone who angered or annoyed me throughout the day, or sinned against me by hurting my body, making me lose money, insulting and taking away honor from me, or doing something bad to anything that belongs to me. I forgive anyone who did these things to me, regardless of whether it was done by accident, intentionally, by mistake, or on purpose; whether it was done by speaking or by doing an action; in this lifetime or in another lifetime when my soul was in another body; I forgive every Jewish person who may have done something wrong to me. No one should be punished because of what he did to me.
May God forgive our sins and help us go on the right path

Protect us, and remove any enemy, plague, death by sword, hunger and sadness from us. Get rid of the Satan, who stands in front of us to stop us from serving God, and who stands behind us to pull us away from God. Protect us from trouble by sheltering us in the shadow of Your wings, and guard us during our travels, when we go out and when we come back. Do this so that we will be able to have good and peaceful lives, now and forever, because You, God, are the one Who guards us and rescues us.
SHEMA
When saying the Shema, concentrate intently on its meaning. While saying the opening line (שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל), keep in mind that you are accepting God’s sovereignty; while saying the first paragraph (וְאָהַבְתָּ), keep in mind that you are accepting the commandment to love God; and while saying the second paragraph (וְהָיָה), keep in mind that you are accepting all of God’s commandments. By saying the third paragraph (וַיֹּאמֶר), you are fulfilling the commandment of remembering the Exodus from Egypt.
Special care must be taken to say each word of the Shema clearly. Pause at each punctuation mark to ensure that you do not string the words together and alter their meaning.

וְאָהַבְתָּ You should love the Lord, your God, and keep His commandments with all of your heart, as one does when fulfilling his beloved’s request. Love God with all of your soul.
