Please God, our gracious and merciful King, remember and look at the Covenant Between the Separate Pieces of sacrificial offerings You made with our forefather Abraham, that You would treat his descendants well. May the Binding of Isaac appear before You and be remembered by You. For the sake of Jacob, our father, and because of his righteousness, do not leave us, our Father. Do not abandon us, our King. Do not forget us, our Creator. Do not bring destruction upon us during our exile because of our sins, because You, God, are a gracious and merciful King.

There is no one as gracious and merciful as You, Lord, our God. There is no one like You, God. You are a God Who is slow to anger, and Who acts with much kindness and truth. Save us and have mercy on us; rescue us from violence and anger. Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Your servants.1 Do not pay attention to our stubbornness, to our wickedness, and to our sins. Turn away from Your fierce anger and take back the thought of bringing bad upon the Jewish Nation, Your nation, as punishment. Take the plague of death away from us, because You are merciful and because that is Your way. You do kind things to people in each and every generation, even if they do not deserve it.

We beg You, Lord, please save us now! We beg You, Lord, please grant us success now! We beg You Lord, answer us on the day we call out to You. We have hope in You, Lord. We wait for You, Lord. We long for You, Lord. Do not be silent and allow us to be in pain, because then the nations will say, “Their hope is lost.” Let every knee bend before You, and let all those who stand straight bow before You.

God, You are the One Who opens His hand to accept the repentance of those who have sinned intentionally and those who have sinned unintentionally. Our soul is disturbed by our deep sorrow and by the deep regret we have for our sins. Never forget us; rise up and save us. Do not pour out Your anger on us, because we are Your people; we are the ones with whom You made Your Covenant that we would always be Your nation. Awaken Your strength and save us for the sake of Your name, so that everyone should see that You help Your nation. Let our suffering not be insignificant to You. May Your mercy reach us quickly in our hard and difficult times. Do not do it for our sake, God; do it for Your own sake. Do not destroy the memory of those among us who remain alive in this world, because our eyes look hopefully to You. We look to You because You, God, are a gracious and merciful King. Remember our testimony, which we say with love, twice each day, forever: Every Jew should listen and understand that the Lord is our God, and that the Lord is the One and only Ruler and King in the seven heavens, the earth, and the four corners of the universe.

God, look down from heaven and see how we have become a mockery and an embarrassment among the nations of the world. We are considered like sheep being led to the slaughter, to be killed, destroyed, afflicted, and put to shame. Nevertheless, we have not forgotten Your name, and we still trust in You and pray to You. Please God, do not forget us.
