On Rosh Chodesh or Chol Hamoed, add the following. If omitted and the word מוֹדִים has not been said, say this paragraph then. If the word מוֹדִים has already been said, go back to the paragraph of רְצֵה and continue from there. If the Amidah has already been concluded, it must be repeated. During the chazzan’s repetition of the Amidah, the minyan responds Amen as shown.

Our God and the God of our fathers, may the following memories rise up, come, and reach You, be seen, desired, heard, recalled, and remembered by You: the memories and recollections of us and the good things that we and our fathers did for You; the memory of Mashiach, who is a descendant of King David, Your servant; the memory of Jerusalem, Your holy city, which is in ruins; and the memory of Your entire nation, the House of Israel, should all be remembered before You. Remember these things, God, for deliverance from hardship, goodness, graciousness, kindness, mercy, good life, and peace, on this special day of: On Rosh Chodesh: Rosh Chodesh. On Chol Hamoed Pesach: the Festival of Matzot. On Chol Hamoed Sukkot: the Festival of Sukkot. Remember us, Lord, our God, on it for good things, (Amen) remember us on it for blessing, (Amen) and help us on it to have a good life. protects and saves us in every generation. We will give thanks to You and tell Your praise. We will thank and praise You for our lives, which are completely in Your hand, for our souls, which are kept securely by You, for the miracles that You perform for us every day, and for Your wonders and goodness that are always with us. Three times a day we praise You: in the evening, in the morning, and in the afternoon: Maariv, Shacharit, and Minchah. You are the Good God, because Your mercy never ends. You are the Merciful God, because Your kindness never stops. We pray to You, for we have always put our hopes in You and trusted in You.

We acknowledge and are thankful to You, that You, Lord, are our God and the God of our fathers. You are the God Who rules over all flesh, our Creator, and the Creator of everything that exists. We give blessings and thanks to Your great and holy name, because You have given us life and kept us alive. May You continue to give us life and keep us alive. Gather us from our exile and bring us to the courtyards of Your Holy Temple, so that we will return to serving You—to keep Your laws, to do Your will, and to serve You with a complete heart. We also thank You for letting us give thanks to You for all the good things You do for us. Blessed is God, Who is worthy of thanks.
