How to read the transliterations

SEQUENCE FOR DONNING THE TALLIT

1. Stand bearing the folded tallit upon the right shoulder, inspect the tzitzit...
2. Next, unfurl the tallit and spread it wide, kiss its upper edge, then swing it about from where it is held before you until it hangs behind you. Begin the blessing at this moment.
3. Draw together the two right corners of the tallit, lift them up...
4. ...and set them upon the left shoulder; collect the two left corners and draw them to the left side of the chest. Thus, all four tzitzit rest on the left side, two before and two behind.
