HOSHANOT
Hoshanot are said after the Leader’s Repetition of the Amida of Musaf (and in some congregations after Hallel) on every day of Sukkot.
On weekdays, the Ark is opened, and a Torah scroll is taken to the bima.
Members of the congregation who have a Lulav and Etrog make a circuit around the bima and say Hoshanot. Mourners do not participate in the circuit.
At the conclusion of the Hoshanot, the Torah scroll is returned to the Ark, which is then closed.
