וּקְדוֹשִׁים בְּכָל יוֹם יְהַלְלוּךָ סֶּלָה
כִּי אֵל מֶלֶךְ גָּדוֹל וְקָדוֹשׁ אָתָּה.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָה, הָאֵל הַקָּדוֹשׁ. / בעשרת ימי תשובה: הַמֶּלֶךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ./
Sephardi
Atah kadosh veshimcha kadosh
ukedoshim bechol yom yehalelucha selah
ki Eil melech gadol vekadosh Atah.
Baruch Ata Adonai, haEl hakadosh. (Be'aseret yemei teshuva: haMelech hakadosh.)

You are holy and Your name is holy, and holy ones praise You daily, Selah! For You, God, are a great and holy King. Blessed are You, LORD, the holy God. / Between Rosh HaShana & Yom Kippur: the holy King./

You have graced us with the knowledge of Your Torah, and taught us to perform the statutes of Your will. You have distinguished, LORD our God, between sacred and profane, light and darkness, Israel and the nations, and between the seventh day and the six days of work. Our Father, our King, may the days approaching us bring peace; may we be free from all sin, cleansed from all iniquity, holding fast to our reverence of You. And

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָה, הָרוֹצֶה בִּתְשׁוּבָה.

Hashivenu Avinu leToratecha, vekarvenu Malkeinu la'avodatecha,
vehachazirenu biteshuvah shelemah lefanecha.

Bring us back, our Father, to Your Torah. Draw us near, our King, to Your service. Lead us back to You in perfect repentance. Blessed are You, LORD, who desires repentance.
