שָׁלוֹם רָב לְאֹהֲבֵי תּוֹרָתֶךָ, וְאֵין־לָמוֹ מִכְשׁוֹל׃ אַשְׁרֵי תִבְחַר וּתְקָרֵב,
יִשְׁכֹּן חֲצֵרֶיךָ.

Shalom rav le'ohavei Toratecha, ve'ein-lamo michshol: Ashrei tivchar utekarev,
Yishkon chatzeirecha.
English
I await Your deliverance, LORD. I rejoice in Your word like one who finds much spoil. Those who love Your Torah have great peace, and there is no stumbling block before them. Happy are those You choose and bring near to dwell in Your courts.

asher kiddeshanu bemitzvotav, vetzivanu al hamilah.

Blessed are You, LORD our God, King of the Universe, who has made us holy through His commandments, and has commanded us concerning circumcision.
Immediately after the circumcision, the father says:

בְּמִצְוֹתָיו, וְצִוָּנוּ לְהַכְנִיסוֹ בִּבְרִיתוֹ שֶׁל אַבְרָהָם אָבִינוּ.

bemitzvotav, vetzivanu lehachniso bivrito shel Avraham avinu.

Blessed are You, LORD our God, King of the Universe, who has made us holy through His commandments, and has commanded us to bring him [our son] into the covenant of Abraham, our father.

Amen. Just as he has entered into the covenant, so may he enter into Torah, marriage and good deeds.
