Kedushah

From Rosh Hashanah through Yom Kippur, say הַמֶּלֶךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ instead of הָאֵל הַקָּדוֹשׁ. If an error was made, the Amidah must be repeated.

On days when Tachanun is said (see page 108 for days when it is not said), tap the left side of your chest with your right fist at the words אָשַׁמְנוּ and פָּשַׁעְנוּ. This shows regret for having followed any desires of the heart that may have led to sin.
