Waving the Lulav and Etrog
While standing and facing east, hold the lulav in your right hand, with its spine facing toward you, and hold the etrog in your left hand. Join the lulav and etrog together, and bring them close to your heart.
1. Wave the lulav and etrog towards the right, and return it to your heart. Repeat three times.
2. Wave the lulav and etrog towards the left, and return it to your heart. Repeat three times.
3. Wave the lulav and etrog forward, and return it to your heart. Repeat three times.
4. Wave the lulav and etrog upward, and return it to your heart. Repeat three times.
5. Wave the lulav and etrog downward and return it to your heart. Repeat three times.
6. Wave the lulav and etrog towards the back, and return it to your heart. Repeat three times.
חֲצִי קַדִּישׁ
HALF KADDISH
Stand with your feet together while saying Kaddish. The person who says this Kaddish bows his head as follows: at שְׁמֵהּ רַבָּא; at וִיקָרֵב מְשִׁיחֵהּ; at וְאִמְרוּ אָמֵן, after which he raises his head for a moment; at יְהֵא שְׁמֵהּ רַבָּא...יִתְבָּרַךְ, after which he raises his head for a moment; at וְיִשְׁתַּבַּח...וְיִתְהַלָּל, after which he raises his head for a moment; at שְׁמֵהּ דְּקֻדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא; and at each time וְאִמְרוּ אָמֵן is said.

May God's great name be exalted and holy (Amen) — throughout the universe, which He created as He wanted. May He establish His kingdom over the entire universe, bring His redemption, and speed up the coming of His Mashiach, (Amen) — in your lifetime and in your days, and in the lifetime of the entire House of Israel, speedily and soon.
