And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed: Lord, Lord, God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abundant in kindness and truth; Preserver of kindness for thousands, Forgiver of iniquity, willful sin, and error, and Who cleanses. And forgive our iniquity and our sin, and take us for Your inheritance:

Gently strike the left side of your chest (over the heart) with a closed fist at the words חָטָאנוּ and פָשָׁעְנוּ.
