אָבֶן: יְמִינְךָ יְיָ נֶאְדָּרִי בַּכֹּחַ,
יְמִינְךָ יְיָ תִּרְעַץ אוֹיֵב:
וּבְרֹב גְּאוֹנְךָ תַּהֲרֹס קָמֶיךָ,
תְּשַׁלַּח חֲרֹנְךָ יֹאכְלֵמוֹ כַּקַּשׁ:
וּבְרוּחַ אַפֶּיךָ נֶעֶרְמוּ מַיִם,
נִצְּבוּ כְמוֹ נֵד נוֹזְלִים, קָפְאוּ
תְהֹמֹת בְּלֶב יָם: אָמַר אוֹיֵב,
אֶרְדֹּף אַשִּׂיג אֲחַלֵּק שָׁלָל,
תִּמְלָאֵמוֹ נַפְשִׁי, אָרִיק
חַרְבִּי, תּוֹרִישֵׁמוֹ יָדִי: נָשַׁפְתָּ
בְרוּחֲךָ כִּסָּמוֹ יָם, צָלְלוּ
כַּעוֹפֶרֶת בְּמַיִם אַדִּירִים:

of the Sea of Reeds, and the deep waters covered them. They dropped quickly into the deepest parts of the sea like a stone. Lord, Your right hand is very strong. It is adorned with strength. Lord, Your right hand crushes the enemy and saves the Jewish Nation. With Your great majesty, You destroy those who rise up to fight against You or against the Jewish Nation, Your people. When You send Your anger toward Your enemies, it consumes them like straw being burned by fire. With the blast of wind from Your nostrils, the waters of the sea piled up, the flowing streams of water stood up straight like a wall, and the deep waters became hard in the heart of the sea. When the Jewish Nation left Egypt, their enemy, Pharaoh, said to the Egyptian army, “I will chase them, I will catch up to them, and I will divide the possessions that I take from them and distribute them. I will fulfill my heart’s desire by bringing them back to Egypt. I will take out my sword from its case, and I will destroy them with my hand.” But when Pharaoh and the Egyptians tried to destroy the Jewish Nation, You blew with Your wind and the sea covered them. They sank quickly like heavy lead in the powerful waters.
