The following is a song composed by King David: The Jewish Nation, descendants of strong forefathers, give to the Lord1—give praises of honor and strength to the Lord. Give the Lord the honor befitting His name. Bow down to the Lord in the Holy Temple, from where His beautiful holiness emanates. As happened during the splitting of the Sea of Reeds, the voice of the Lord roars over the waters; the God of honor thunders; the Lord reveals His power over the great waters. The voice of the Lord roars with great strength. The voice of the Lord resounds with majesty. As happened at the Giving of the Torah, the voice of the Lord breaks nations who think they are mighty as cedar trees;2 the Lord breaks those who think they are as mighty as the cedar trees of Lebanon. He makes them tremble and jump like a calf. He makes the mountains of Lebanon and Sirion jump from fear like a young wild ox. As happened at the Giving of the Torah, the voice of the Lord strikes with flames of fire—lightning. The voice of the Lord makes people living in the desert tremble with fear, the Lord caused the people in the desert of Kadesh (Sinai) to tremble. The Lord’s voice frightens wicked people, who were standing steadfast as female deer, and destroys His enemies as if clearing forests of their trees. Everyone who comes to the Holy Temple will say that they have seen God’s glory. Just as the Lord sat as king at the time of the Flood of Noah, the Lord will sit as king forever. The Lord will give strength to the Jewish Nation, His people. The Lord will bless His people with peace.
The following is said quietly.
When saying אָנָּא בְּכֹחַ, look at (or picture in your mind) God’s holy names formed by the acronyms of the words (as they appear in the grey type), but do not say them.

May God listen to our prayers and protect us
