Rabbeinu Tam's Tefillin

סדר הנחת תפלין דר"ת

Chabad: ' is a reduced vowel — every vocal shva, always pronounced. - separates syllables that would otherwise run together.

How to read the transliterations
Step backward three paces, then incline to the right saying עֹשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם בִּמְרוֹמָיו, incline forward saying הוּא, incline to the left saying יַעֲשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם עָלֵינוּ, and incline forward saying וְעַל כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְאִמְרוּ אָמֵן.
On the days from Rosh Hashanah through Yom Kippur, use הַשָּׁלוֹם in place of שָׁלוֹם.

THE DAY'S TEHILLIM PORTION

The day’s assigned section of Tehillim, divided as it is by the days of the month, is said at this juncture, after which comes Mourner's Kaddish. Custom also has one utter the chapter matching one's age (e.g., starting from one's 13th birthday and onward, chapter 14 should be recited) prior to saying the daily section.
When Tachnun is omitted, Psalm 20 is said before the day's portion of Psalms.
Those in mourning say Kaddish D'Rabbanan after Mishnayot, page 461.

TEFILLIN OF RABBEINU TAM

When Shacharit is finished, custom is to put on the tefillin of Rabbeinu Tam—without a blessing—and to say the Shema. Certain worshipers also say the Scriptural passage Exodus 13:1-16 (on the next page).
