AT THE COMPLETION OF THE ALIYAH

With the corner of your tallit (or the Torah's sash), touch the finish and the start of the Torah reading and kiss it. Shut the Torah, grasp both handles, turn your head a little to the right, and recite:

atoh Adonoy, noysein hatoyroh:
Once the aliyah ends, remain at the right of the next oleh until his aliyah is finished (if it was the last aliyah, remain at the bimah until the Torah is raised). Prior to leaving the bima (or if it was the last aliyah, prior to the raising of the Torah), touch the Torah scroll's exterior with the corner of your tallit (or the Torah's sash) and kiss it. When going back to your seat, avoid the shortest route.
Once the last aliyah is done, the Torah is covered and Half Kaddish is said.1
The congregation answers אָמֵן where indicated.
