May blessing and healing come upon ________ from the One who blessed Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel, and Leah, our ancestors. May the Holy One, in mercy, restore him/her/them to health and vigor, granting him/her/them well-being of body and spirit, together with all others who are ill, and may God strengthen those who care for them. Though Shabbat is a season to refrain from crying out, still may we hope and pray that healing draws near. And let us say: Amen.
