כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתַבְתָּ עָלֵינוּ בְּתוֹרָתָךְ
עַל יְדֵי מֹשֶׁה עַבְדָּךְ מִפִּי כְבוֹדֶךָ

The additional offering of this New Moon day we will prepare and offer to You with love according to Your will’s commandment, as You have written for us in Your Torah by Your own word, through Your servant Moses, as it is said: “On your new moons, present as a burnt-offering to the LORD, two young bulls, one ram, and seven yearling lambs without blemish.”

וּמִנְחָתָם וְנִסְכֵּיהֶם כִּמְדֻבָּר
שְׁלֹשָׁה עֶשְׂרוֹנִים לַפָּר, וּשְׁנֵי עֶשְׂרוֹנִים לָאַיִל, וְעִשָּׂרוֹן לַכֶּבֶשׂ
וְיַיִן כְּנִסְכּוֹ, וְשָׂעִיר לְכַפֵּר, וּשְׁנֵי תְמִידִים כְּהִלְכָתָם.

Uminchatam veniskeihem kimedubar
Sheloshah esronim lapar, ushnei esronim la'ayil, ve'isaron lakeves
Veyayin kenisko, vesa'ir lechaper, ushnei temidim kehilchatam.
English
And their meal-offerings and wine-libations as ordained: three-tenths of an ephah for each bull, two-tenths of an ephah for the ram, one-tenth of an ephah for each lamb, wine for the libations, a male goat for atonement, and two regular daily offerings according to their law.

(and atonement of transgression,) and may this month see an end to all our troubles, and the beginning and opening of our redemption. For You have chosen Your people Israel from all nations, and have instituted for them rules for the New Moon. Blessed are You, LORD, who sanctifies Israel and the New Moons.
