Deut. 4

אַתָּה הָרְאֵתָ לָדַעַת, כִּי יְהֹוָה הוּא הָאֱלֹהִים, אֵין עוֹד מִלְבַדּוֹ:

You have been shown [these things] so that you may know that the LORD is God; besides Him there is no other.

For the Torah shall come forth from Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

בָּרוּךְ שֶׁנָּתַן תּוֹרָה לְעַמּוֹ יִשְׂרָאֵל בִּקְדֻשָּׁתוֹ.

Baruch shenatan Torah le'amo Yisrael bikdushato.
English
Blessed is He who, in His holiness, gave the Torah to His people Israel.
