Har'ini et-marayich, hashmi'ini et-kolech,

English
My dove in the clefts of the rock, in the hiding places of the mountain side, show me your face, let me hear your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.

English
There is one alone, my dove, my perfect one, her mother’s only child, the favorite of the one who bore her. Maidens see her and called her blessed; queens and concubines praise her.

If the baby has already been named in the synagogue:

Ve'et bittah (pelonit bat ploni) shenoldah lah bemazal tov.

and her newborn daughter, (baby’s name daughter of father’s name), born in favor.
If the baby has not been named in the synagogue:

וְאֶת בִּתָּהּ שֶׁנּוֹלְדָה לָהּ בְּמַזָּל טוֹב
וְיִקָּרֵא שְׁמָהּ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל (פלונית בת פלוני).

Veyikarei shemah beYisrael (pelonit bat peloni).
English
and her newborn daughter, born in favor, whose name in Israel shall be called (baby’s name daughter of father’s name).
