English
May the Compassionate One bless the tender child, circumcised on his eighth day. May his heart and hands be firm with God, and may he be worthy to witness the Divine Presence three times a year.

May the Compassionate One bless him who performed the circumcision, and fulfilled every part of the precept. The service of the faint-hearted would not be acceptable if he failed to perform the three essentials of the precept.
