<english>Upon the Redemption's coming, all shall recognize and proclaim: The Lord has been the king from of old, and He has donned His majestic garments. The Lord has clothed Himself—He has clothed Himself in might; He has likewise rendered the world a secure place that will never falter, for wars and destruction shall be no more. Some people will perceive this only after the final Redemption. Yet the truth is that Your throne has stood firm since time began, and You have existed forever, even before You formed the universe. Lord, in exile, the rivers—Your foes, who surge like mighty rivers—have risen against us—the rivers have lifted their voice. The rivers lift their powerful waves and menace us with ruin. Yet mightier than the roaring of abundant waters and mightier than the mighty breakers of the sea is the Lord, Who is mighty in heaven, high above. Your testimonies concerning the final Redemption are most trustworthy. Your house, Lord, the Third Temple, shall be beautiful with holiness and it shall endure forever.</english>

<text>1 Two kinds of righteous people exist in the world, "cedars" and "palm trees." A righteous person who excels in private worship and study but does not help others is compared to a cedar, which does not bear fruit; whereas one who helps others improve themselves is compared to a fruit-bearing date palm. Although both such people deserve reward, the "palm tree" is mentioned first—because he stands on a higher level.</text>
