<text>1 "Those who know You" refers to those who have reached a level of understanding of God on their own. "Those who have a fair heart" refers to those who have gained an understanding of God by studying from others. This verse teaches us that both methods of acquiring knowledge are equally righteous and valid, as they both lead to an improvement in one's feelings and behavior toward God.</text>
