If מַשִּׁיב הָרוּחַ וּמוֹרִיד הַגֶּשֶׁם was said in summer and the mistake is noticed before completing the blessing, return to the blessing's start. If the mistake is noticed after saying God's name at the blessing's end, begin the Amidah again."
