<english>I brought out of Egypt in the nations' sight, to be their God; I am the Lord.1 Deal with us as You have promised: Yet, even then, while they remain in their enemies' land, I shall neither loathe them nor reject them so as to wipe them out and void My covenant with them; for I am the Lord their God.2 Restore our exiles and show us mercy, as Scripture says: The Lord your God will turn back your exiles and have compassion upon you, and will once more assemble you from all the nations whither the Lord your God has scattered you.3 Assemble our dispersed, as Scripture says: Even should your dispersed be at the world's farthest edge, from there the Lord your God will assemble you, and from there He will take you.4 Clear our transgressions as a dense cloud and as a mist, as Scripture says: I have cleared your transgressions as a dense cloud, your sins as a mist; turn back to Me, for I have redeemed you.5 Blot out our transgressions for Your sake, as You have said: I, I [alone], am He that blots out your transgressions, for My sake; your sins I shall not recall.6 Whiten our sins as snow and wool, as Scripture says: Come now, let us argue the matter—says the Lord—though your sins be as scarlet, they shall turn white as snow; though they be red as crimson, they shall become [white] as wool.7 Scatter purifying waters upon us and cleanse us, as Scripture says: And I will scatter purifying waters upon you, and you shall be pure; from every defilement of yours and from all your idolatries I will cleanse you.8 Take pity on us and destroy us not, as Scripture says: For a compassionate God is the Lord your God; He shall not abandon you, nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant He swore to your fathers.9 Open10 our hearts for love of your Name, as Scripture says: And the Lord your God shall open10 your heart and your children's hearts, to love the Lord your God with your whole heart and your whole soul, so that you may live.11 Be found by us when we seek You, as Scripture says: And from there [from exile] you shall seek the Lord your God, and you shall find Him, when you search for Him with your whole heart and your whole soul.12 Lead us unto Your holy mountain and cause us to rejoice</english>
