In summer (from Musaf of Pesach's first day through Shacharit of Shemini Atzeret), say מוֹרִיד הַטָּל. Should one mistakenly say מַשִּׁיב הָרוּחַ וּמוֹרִיד הַגֶּשֶׁם in the summer, it must be corrected, and repeating the Amidah may be required (for additional laws, see page 589). But if one mistakenly said מוֹרִיד הַטָּל in the winter, there is no need to go back and correct it.</text>
