<english>If you lend money to any of My people, a poor man in your midst, do not deal with him as a usurer: do not load him with interest. Should you take your kinsman's robe as collateral, you must give it back to him before the sun sets. For that garment is all he has - the robe he wears on his skin - in what shall he lie down? Should he cry out to Me, I will hear; for I am compassionate. You shall not blaspheme God, nor curse a leader among your people. You may not postpone the bringing of your harvest's fullness or your presses' outflow. You shall give Me your sons' firstborn. You shall do likewise with your oxen and your flock - the young shall remain beside their mothers seven days, yet you shall offer them to Me on the eighth day. Be unto Me a sanctified people: eat no flesh torn up in the field; rather, cast it away to the dogs. Do not spread a false report; do not join hands with a wicked man to give false witness. Do not go with a majority to condemn; do not side with the majority in a dispute so as to pervert judgment. Nor may you favor a poor man in his lawsuit. If you meet the ox or donkey of your enemy gone astray, you must surely restore it to him. If you see your enemy's donkey collapsing under its load, and you would hesitate to help - you must surely help him. Do not twist the judgment of your poor in his lawsuit. Stay far from false speech, and do not bring death upon the innocent and righteous; for I will not acquit the wicked. And take no bribes, for a bribe blinds those who see and twists the words of the righteous. Do not press the stranger; you know a stranger's soul, seeing that you yourselves were strangers in Egypt's land. For six years you may sow your land and gather its produce. But in the seventh year</english>
